My Inspiration

Inspiration
As we all know Helen Clark has stepped out of the Labor Party. You may think she’s living an everyday life. “BUT NO!” She’s actually the 15th most important person in the world. This was mainly my inspiration. Helen is in a high position today.
I think she deserves to be at that level because of her hard work & intelligence.

After 9 hard working years of being the first ever lady Prime Minister for New Zealand she became an Administrator of the United Nations Program (UNDP), the third highest UN position.

She has inspired me to take on everyday challenges & strive to succeed.

Her quote is “BELIEVE IN YOURSELF, IF YOU DON’T THEN NO ONE WILL.”  This quote touched me and made me think of my own self belief.

If you're asking yourself how did she first became Prime Minister?

In 1974 when she was 24 years old she had graduated from University Auckland . She wanted to enter the local politics in Auckland but was not elected to any position. She was finally elected to Parliament in 1980, a position she held until her resignation in 2001.
